Shipping
When you Order from old.valcynltd.com, you can choose if you would like to pickup your orders in-store or have your orders shipped to you.
Return & Refund Policy
Log into your old.valcynltd.com account click orders, then fill the return form on the purchase item/items you would like to Return.
There is a 20% restocking fee off the price or all items return in the same condition it was purchase in.
Important! Please Note: There is no refund on items that was damage when it was return or items return after the (7) sever day return refund period.
In-Store Pickup Order: To get a refund on your purchase items that you pickup in-store, return your purchase to the Valcyn Store where it was pickup with a valid purchase receipt.
Shipped Order: To get a refund on your purchase items that was shipped to you, fill the return form then mail the item using the same shipping method. Note: refund are process 72 hours after we have received your return item/items.

Most of our services do not require you to sign up, you can simply open up a web page and view our Site. However, in order to get access to some of our services, you will need to sign up with old.valcynltd.com. It is your responsibility to provide us with factual information. When shopping on old.valcynltd.com.
